HELLO. here is the Combined Track & Field Meet Schedule! i'll be putting one up on the notice board too!

PLEASE REMEMBER TO WARM UP BEFORE YOUR EVENT IF NOT YOU MIGHT PULL A MUSCLE OR SOMETHING SIMILAR MIGHT HAPPEN. yes, don't kill yourselves.

all COMPETITORS must wear either the school PE attire (ie. PE shirt and shorts) OR CCA/Lifeskills Camp/Class T-shirts. (hahaha this part is damn. funny) all competitors must compete with shoes on. no competitor will be allowed to compete without her number tag.

all COMPETITORS must report to the competitors' steward 20 minutes before the start of their events. failure to do so may result in disqualification. all tops must be tucked into shorts at the commencement of the event.

in all races (excluding 800m and 1500m), a crouch start must be used.

YAY that's about it.
