PUBLICITY
Design poster, banner and stall decoration. (All publicity materials must be approved by Ms Sabrina)

LOGISTICS
Sourcing/purchasing of materials required for our stall, preparing the materials (as required on the day itself) beforehand (such as the boards)
Sourcing/purchasing of prizes required for our stall, preparing the materials (as required on the day itself) beforehand (wrapping of prizes), preparing/planning layout of stall.

DUTY ROSTER
To work with the rest of the class concerning the roster.
Basically just setting up a duty roster for the day itself, who takes what shift, who is the I/C for each shift, money collector, etc.

SET UP/CLEAN UP
ONLY required to handle the whole setting up and cleaning up of the store on the day itself as planned beforehand. Members of this committee are encouraged to join other committees or help out if required.

GAME MASTERS
There is to be ONE game master allocated to each shift.
To come up with the whole set-up of the game, name of game and stall, with the proper (SHORT) explanation. To come up with the prize system.

Publicity
Finalize all designs (poster and banner) by end of this week.
Seek for approval the following week. (e.g. put up posters)

Logistics
Get all materials (prize and game materials) ready by next Tuesday. Then ask for help during contact time if there're materials that we cannot obtain.
Paint the boards by next Tuesday/Wednesday.

Duty Roster
Confirm by end of this week.

The rest will do their part on the day itself. Okay! Jiayou everybody!
